    How to make website map/tree (code side)?

    Is there any program which can make a map/tree of my local website?
    This is what I want, I have my website, and I want to make a map with all the files connections on it. For example: index.php is connected to index2.php, which is connected to products.php, etc...

    Is this possible? If it could read the code and check for dependencies and links it would be great, because I could map my entire website and make future changes a lot easier.

    It would be great also for new team members who can, in this way, understand the code much more faste.

    Yes, you can do this. To map your site, you will need a server side script written in PHP ( I wrote some hubs on this as well). You may also find a client side script in jQuery.

    The script will act like a Google spider and follow links and then publish those on a web page.

    You can actually get a few free scripts on the web that will find every web page linked to each other and create the map for you.

    Search Google for PHP or .NET or jQuery map trees. There are a bunch of them out there.
