Shopping And Entertainment Under One Roof

Tourists and locals alike love Bangalore's large shopping malls as a one-stop family destination for shopping, entertainment and great food. College and school children love to hang out at the malls too. Open all days of the week, they are generally crowded during the weekends and holidays. Each is equipped with a large basement car parking with valet service in some of the malls. Movie theaters and Food Courts are generally housed on the top two floors, while Grocery and home supplies by large brands such as Big Bazaar and Spar Hyper Market occupy a couple or more floors. The rest is occupied by high-end restaurants and clothing, shoes, accessories that include eye wear, watches, jewelry, handbags, etc. Coffee shops such as Cafe Coffee Day and Ice Cream(Gelato, Baskin Robbins), Chocolate and Cookie(Cookie Man) Joints dot the Ground Floor. Additional promos by companies occupy the well of the malls. Clothing(men, women and children) sections house large brands. Designer wear is extensive. Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle are among the most sought after for clothes.

The Food Courts are a food lover's paradise. Every mall's Food Court boasts of cuisines from all over. Italian pizzas and pastas, burgers and buritos,......Chinese such as Beijing Bites, Chings, Chung Wah. North Indian, South Indian and chaats at Shiv Sagar. Empire,Salem Kitchen are among the local brands that serve delicious Biriyanis, Appam, Tandoori items. Seafood Bay serves up all things fishy. Apart from these, KFC, McDonalds and Taco Bell are the brands that have their own space. Stand alone restaurants(Continental/North Frontier cuisines) also vie for space here.
