How To Pick The Best Hotels
Vacation Packages & Ideas
With the wobbly economy hotels are offering a lot of splendid deals. It’s time to plan your next vacation! Below is a list of cheap hotels, review the hotels and book your hotel now and lock in a great, low price for your next stay and/or vacation.
I travel all over and what I do know is that if you stay off season (not peak times) you can actually stay at a luxurious hotel or resort at a remarkable low cost per night. Below is a recap of three of my favorite hotels in American. They offer special packages and have a lot of unique qualities that my family and I have enjoyed over the years.
Caesars Palace
Favorite Hotels
Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas www.ceasarspalace.com is a wonderful hotel. I just stayed at this hotel for $160 per night. Yes, it was in the middle of July but seriously, I didn’t even notice the heat. As soon as I walked into this hotel, I was relaxed and absorbed by the beauty of this magnificent resort.
This hotel has so much to see, along, with the forum shops www.forumshops.com in addition, it has incredible restaurants. Make sure you get a www.totalrewards.com card the hotel can apply your gambling (the total reward card is offered at many other hotels too) towards voucher’s or room upgrades and many other items. Go to the link and check it out.
I need to tell you abut the restaurants, first you have to try “Joe’s Stone Crab” www.joes.net even if you go in and sit at the bar, order the best ever stone crabs, with their signature sauce. Oh my, it is sweet and tangy all at the same time. A must is the “Spago’s”, www.wolfgangpuck.com/restaurants/fine-dining/spago restaurant, wonderful, delicious food that you can’t pass up. Lastly, the Cheesecake Factory, www.cheesecakefactory.com always a great place to eat and you should sit outside of the restaurant and see all the activity in the forum. Also, in the Forum area, there are many other restaurants, visit the above sites and determine what is best for you.
But I got off track a little; I was able to get the hotel room at $160, because it was during the off season. The hotel was offering a special deal and I jumped on it. Whether going on business or planning our next vacation, try this resort, it's cheap yet beautiful! I walked around the strip; it was hot, not humid, but just hot. I stopped in other hotels and drank a lot of water and walked around to get hydrated. However, there is so much to do at Caesar’s that I enjoyed just staying at this property mostly. If you walk around make sure you stay hydrated.
Hotel Beacon in New York
Fun Activities To Do When Traveling
Hotel Beacon, upper west side in New York, a bargain hotel, is one of my favorite places to stay at http://www.beaconhotel.com/ go to this link and review what this quaint hotel has to offer. I was able to stay at this hotel for $200 per night, which is amazing in New York! It’s in part of the upper west side with the LincolnCenter and many other attractions. This hotel offers bigger area guestrooms for a family of four. With the markets, outdoor cafes and the Beacon Theatre, it’s just hustling and bustling activity all around it. You feel like you are in a New York City hotel but with a little more family atmosphere integrated into the feeling of this property.
I recommend this hotel in New York because it’s conveniently located, the people that work here are friendly, nice and most of all professional. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants and markets, so no matter what you forgot you can find it nearby. The local area is fantastic, so much opportunity to see a lot of Manhattan. In addition, you can walk to Central Park or go to the theatre or a museum, whatever works for you; this is the place to stay. Whether planning business travel or a vacation this hotel is wonderful to stay at in New York.
Hotel Rex - Great Vacation Spot
Vacation Ideas & Deals
Top Resorts That Are Inexpensive
Hotel Rex in San Francisco www.thehotelrex.comis a different and electrifying hotel. I travel a lot and stay at this property for less than $175 per night. This is inexpensive during the summer months but superb because you can walk to any location from this hotel. There are so many hotels in San Francisco to stay at; however, I recommend this hotel because of it's atmosphere, location and it's simply a luxury hotel.
The reason I recommend this property is because it’s located in Union Square, a fun and easy-paced location. The décor of this hotel was inspired by the downtown San Francisco art and literary salons of the 1920’s and 1930’s. In fact, when you enter the lobby you will notice this era immediately, because the furnishings, books and other foreign objects are original pieces. Each evening, the hotel offers cocktail hour, featuring their signature wine. It’s an excellent opportunity to sit and relax or visit with other people.
On occasion this hotel will offer a book signing or poetry reading in the lobby. It’s a very eccentric hotel that is fabulous to visit. The uniqueness is very different from other hotels within San Francisco. However, you are close to many attractions and in one week you will not be able to see all of the attractions nor get your feel of this hotel. It's easy during business travel but excellent for vacations.
This is a brief overview of my top three hotels in the United States. I hope that you will visit at least one of them because they are diverse and unique in their own way. Always remember, when you check-in, make sure you ask for a room upgrade. Most hotels will upgrade you if they are not full. I hope these few suggestions will make your business travel or next vacation even better.
