EAT, SLEEP, PLAY, SWIM, RELAX, EXPLORE AND SHOP

Pearl Farm Beach Resort have the best buffet that I had ever experienced. The restaurant staffs were fully trained and polite. Foods were of great taste, properly presented and always warm. The menu mostly were seafoods (crab, prawn, fish), but they served some meats and vegetables, and other Asian dishes as well. Sweets (cakes, cupcakes and puddings) were superb and irresistible. They served lots of tropical fresh fruits (pineapple, watermelon, banana). And the staffs were refilling the glass of ice cold water every time. The resort have a free breakfast buffet and up to your budget if you want to indulge with buffet for lunch and supper. Note that wines and coolers are not included in the buffet.

There were also singers from the city of Davao to serenade their guest while dining. Most guest enjoyed and requested their favorite songs, and of course don't forget to be generous you have to give some tip to those talents.

In Mandaya House where we stayed was so comfortable. The king size bed, nice remote air conditioning unit, big bathroom with courtesy toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, lotion and soap), Cable TV and refrigerator with mini bar. Staying for few days was so relaxing especially sleeping in a very cozy cottage.

Behind the Maranao restaurant is where the area that you could play some sports like tennis, basketball and table tennis. They lend some rackets and balls to their guest.

The resort have two awesome swimming pool, in front of the restaurant and near the Mandaya Houses. If you choose to swim in the beach, go near the restaurant for safety and to avoid injury because they removed the corals from the sea bed.

After swimming, you can go relax and try their Ylang-ylang ( an orchid that's abundant in Davao) spa massage. Choose from their different packages from head to foot of massage and treatment services. As well as feel great and look good with their salon services, ( like haircut, hair trimming, hair waxing). They also have karaoke bars @ the Parola House. You'll enjoy some drinks while singing facing the view of Mt. Apo and the clear ocean.

To explore the island, you need to ride a free boat going to Malipano Island where the Mansion of the owner is open to all the guest. Other than that you can enjoy the aqua sports where you can rent out speed boats & outrigger boats for cruising, jet-skis, banana boat rides, kayaks, hobie cats, snorkeling gear and assured certified instructors for wind-surfing, water-skiing and scuba diving (to discover the two (2) sunken World War II Japanese vessels just 60 meters away from the resort.)

Shop in their Boutique (BUTIK) for souvenirs before you leave. They offer different local handicrafts, native outfits and even the latest in trendy beachwear. They also have some jewelry with pearls and other exotic stuff that you could only find in that island. You could also avail some basic toiletries and necessities in it. Beside the boutique is where the area of exotic product made by hand of different tribes women of Davao. They were so friendly, happy and proud selling their crafts of cheap price.
