Is it possible to visit a native indian reservation and participate in any spiritual rituals?
If you visit a reservation and manage to find some Native Americans that wholly follow the old ways, they may let you join in with tourist attraction rituals, but I doubt if they would allow participation, or viewing, of the real stuff.
There is a Native Canadian Centre of Toronto where anyone can become a member. They host many spiritual rituals including drum dance and POW POW, etc. They also teach native languages, crafts and other skills. Elders are available for consultation. Sometimes there are organized tours to visit aboriginal sites. I must confess that I have not explored all the activities since I became a new (non-native) member. I would guess there are similar organizations in your area.
I'm Native and have folks in AB. I can only speak for myself.
It depends on the people, but usually, no.
It's better to try and attend a powwow or other social gathering at a University near you.
Your welcome to visit my reserve, Kitigan-Zibi, Maniwaki, Quebec, for a spiritual gathering that is held every year by respected and world-renowned elder, William Commanda. People come from as far away as Mexico and Peru to attend. There are workshops and sweats in a sweat lodge.

How does a country ever make up for wiping out it's first inhabitants? Inhabitants who loved and revered the land and watched it greedily devoured by invaders?? What is the price America pays for what it did? How can we atone for what we did and why haven't we done more?
