Are you living well and living your life to the fullest? For most people, the answer is, "No." They're often bored, stressed out or burned out.
In today’s society, life is moving so fast. Most people are overwhelmed by having too many things to do and having too little time. As a consequence, many people are not happy and not living a healthy lifestyle.
Application of the 80/20 Rule or Pareto’s Principle can provide a simple solution for living a happier and healthier life. Instead of working so hard trying to accomplish everything, you can just focus on 20% of activities that can generate 80% of your results. You can achieve more with a lot less effort.
My goal as a hubber is to create hubs that can help people live a happier, healthier and richer, more satisfying life. My purpose as a writer is to make a difference in someone's life.
I enjoy writing about happiness, health and wellness as well as personal growth and development. I think it's extremely important for people to develop their emotional, spiritual and social intelligence in order to live their best life.
Insight is not enough. Your new knowledge will not help you unless you put it to work. You can super-charge your self-improvement strategies by applying new scientific findings, especially findings in brain plasticity or neuroplasticity. Your brain changes when you change your mind and change your life.
The new findings in brain plasticity or neuroplasticity provide scientific evidence for the benefits of positive thinking and practice. So, learn by doing. Practice makes perfect.
