I was born in Philadelphia, lived in Washington, D. C. and London, England. Now I am a resident of Carmel, Indiana. I love dancing, creating jewelry and writing. My husband and I danced on Bandstand during Dick Clark's early days on TV. For 25 years I was the curator of American art at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. During that time I wrote several catalogs, articles and essays. Knowing how to put words on a page that would create interest, was an intricate part of my job. I now design jewelry and have been for the last three years. I am a certified precious metal clay artist who also works with sterling silver, copper and wire wrapped jewelry. I have an Etsy shop www.HGWjewelrydesigns.etsy.com I have my own website www.HGWartisanjewelry.com
