Donna Thomas has a juris doctorate degree. She regularly appears on radio and television as an expert commentator of true crime cases. She has interviewed many high profile criminals including, Ted Bundy, Richard Ramirez, Timothy McVeigh, Betty Broderick, Leslie Van Houten, Ted Kacynski,Charles Manson, John Gotti, Henry Hill, to name a few. In 2009 the book, "I'm Sorry I Lied To You, The Confession of Scott Peterson, By: Donna Thomas, was published. It was the only book on the Peterson case that was published by an author, that knew him, before during, and after. She also is the only author that wrote a book about Peterson, that has seen him on death row at San Quentin. She was scheduled to testify against Peterson, in his civil trial, but the case eventually was dropped by Laci's family.
Her next book"Intended for Mature Audiences" The deadly spiral of adult film star Timothy J Boham was published in 2014 and is available on Amazon.
