After a lifetime of hard work, I am now LOVING retirement. Let me say that to me, retirement is a joy, a reward for surviving the work world for 45 years. The fact that I live in the best place in the world (Vancouver, Canada) doesn't hurt, but I also have a ton of interests and hobbies that fill my time -- along with lots of friends who add so much to the quality of my life. Also, there, is usually a cat in my life. The current one is a gorgeous ragdoll named el Gordo.

My interests include mixed media arts, paper crafts, exploring the online world, energy healing, geo-caching, reading, movies, kayaking, nature, and pursuing various fitness related activities.
