My name is Mark Johnson, and I would like to share with you my personal experience with you. Initial I was overweight even when I was young, I felt very discouraged, as often times I was verbally abused by people around. My weight was actually a stumbling block to me, I can't really experience the environment that I grew up in, as many of them was gazing me on my weight, as a result, my confidence level has shrunk. Fortunately, my journey begins when I decided to make a change, I set my own goal, I searched for sources about losing weight, and I persevere with my plan on weight loss. It was not easy at first, for there're many methods out there that I've tried was not very productive, I didn't give up, I tried, again and again, all the things that I've learned, and applied every single one of it, it was difficult at first, but after few months, I was used to it and I even developed the habit on maintaining my goal to lose weight. Eventually, I did reach my personal goal, and I have achieved what I've wanted. I created this Hubpages so that I can help more people by sharing my relevant articles.
