Have you ever had questions about how to use the computer or your smartphone? As a retired Electronics Engineer, I want to show non-technical members of my generation some simple yet useful things they can do with their computer and smart phone.
I had to take a break from technology for a few years while I fought several bouts of Cancer. When I returned to technology, I was overwhelmed by the changes. Windows 7 had become Windows 10, and all the terminology and tools I had been familiar with were different. I had to relearn everything. However, as I struggled to learn to deal with the changes, I recognized a problem in the tutorials and guides. They were written for a different generation and assumed too much as common knowledge. I decided to fix this here by writing articles aimed at non-technical members of my generation who may be missing out on many of the useful things they could do with their computer and smartphone.
