I love to write and create contents that express my discoveries about certain topics. My background is in culrinary, nutrition, and teaching. My passion is in all kinds of creative expressions like arts and crafts, writing, speaking, music, and cooking.

I value health and personal growth. To raise the quality of life, one must do what is within one's power to change their own reality to the desired outcome.
You have only one body and one life. If you know how to manage your physical and mental wellness, you can increase your life span and your mental capacity. Then you can achieve more and get more out of life. It is the art and science of how one can manage to keep life energy to be used at its best potential. Just like how you manage your money, your energy and health is just as important.
I like to experiment and find out more information about certain health theories or hypes. If you are like me, you like to read about healthy recipes, diets, and how to get healthy and feel better. You also might have come across a tons of different diets that claim to heal all diseases and what not. You must be overwhelmed and start to question yourself what is right or wrong. I am the same way. Back in the days when I was in school studying holistic medicine and nutrition, I was overwhelmed by the information I had to learn. There are theories and things that I have never known before and somehow I just didn't want to blindly accept them as all true. I need to at least know why those theories are valid and if they have successfully done what they claimed to do.
