Let me start by saying that I am a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and mother of four! We deal with our share of challenges and celebrate our blessings. My family is unique and amazing and I wouldn't trade one minute with them for all the money in the world.

My personal interests and passions are food and everything it can do for us, health and definitely human nature. People facinate me! Why do we do what we do? Hmmm.. I must know! The brain and human psyche are puzzles that I enjoy learning about every chance I get.

Writing brings me peace and is my oasis. I can only hope that I can write one article that will bring relief, comfort or elighten one person.

I come from a family that was plagued with substance abuse and depression. Although I wouldn't wish that on anyone, I believe it has helped shape me the person I am today and fueled my passion for helping others.
