I Graduated with a BA in Graphic Arts from San Diego State University, and also attended University of California at Davis where I studied under Wayne Thiebaud; I also studied under several artists at the San Francisco Art Institute. I was published by Addison Wesley, and illustrated and wrote children's books. I later started my own company, Coloring Arts, and created coloring books and games for old and young alike. I have created coloring books especially designed for the elderly and wrote a "How to Do" book for Activity personnel--with some of the fun things I developed over the years in working with wonderful seniors in several retirement homes as an Activity Director. I am currently painting again, and working on historical paintings that tell a story through art.
