I'm that guy in the room that is "that guy." You know... the know it all. Yeah that pretty much sums me up. I have my opinions and have a tendency to share it, even when silence is clearly the better option. I'm no grammar Nazi, and have my southern roots to thank for that. I have a propensity for learning, which is ironic since college didn't work out for me (watch out for that opinion article later).
I can find interst in things that most would find insufferably dull, but have no problem sleeping through the Grammy's. I am fluent in car, outdoors, and economic theory (insufferably dull, remember?), and politics. Like most people in the US I am pretty average, I have my social shortcomings, I dream of being anywhere but work while I am at work, and have big dreams for my future.
I think we are all just a little sick in the head, some of us more than others, but those of us who are particulary wacky are the spice of life. Afterall, who wants bland Jambalaya right?

With an unmoving congress, votes that are seemingly pointless, and public outcry only working sometimes, hot button issues never find resolution. There is a reason why....

Will the consumer be up for such a large change to the status quo? Most of the innovations that we take for granted were developed by and large 50 years ago or more. Automatic transmissions did not catch on right away, why would an electric truck?
