Picking what sites you'll visit and what landmarks you'll finally be able to check off your travel bucket lists is always fun. And now that it's mid-May—with warmer weather and schools ending for summer vacation—it's time to start thinking about where you'll head off to!
The
New York Times recently published an article about how "in an era of Instagram tourism, some young people are searching for less curated travel experiences" and are turning to more remote places like Mongolia. Of course, that's not the case for everyone, as millions are expected to descend on Paris and surrounding French cities for the Olympic games this summer. Some reports show that Airbnb listings have been viewed 11x more than they were last year! Needless to say, summer travel can be whatever you envision it to be!
