Coach Dog Collar

Updated on August 18, 2015

Coach Dog Collar

Coach is a pretty popular brand among women, so it's only fair that we make it popular among our dogs as well. You can purchase the Coach jackets and bags, but a dog's collar is one of the most important things that every dog needs.

You dog doesn't need a jacket, and in all reality if you have a dog small enough to fit in a bag, your lazy self can just carry her or make her walk on her four feet. But, I'll admit the Coach dog bags are still really cute, but my Yorkie will be walking himself.

As for choosing a collar for your dog, Coach didn't forget any dog. You can find sizes small through extra-large for your Chihuahua, Yorkie, Dachshund, Corgi, Lab, Dalmatian, Bulldog, Retriever, Setter, and just about most dogs in-between.

Coach has basic pink, red, blue, green, black, and brown collars, as well as different series such as their OP Art dog collars, plaid, and leather polka dots collars.

The Coach dog collars are basic adjustable buckle collars which are are the ideal dog collar for most dogs. The Coach brand collars even feature a Coach charm on each collar.

Coach Signature Dog Collar

The Signature Coach dog collars come in a variety of different colors and patterns, ranging from polka dots, plaid, basic Coach material (tan). The signature Coach line works because for the most part, the collars are non-gender specific, so it doesn't matter that you teeny Miniature Poodle is a boy; he can still sport a Coach collar.

The Coach brand isn't just for girls. They do make men's accessories too, so don't feel like you're girly-fying your boy dog with a Coach accessory.

And, when it comes to shopping for the perfect Signature collar for your dog, you'll find that the prices aren't quite as bad as the prices you'll spend on an umbrella or a wallet for yourself. Plus, if you check out the great deals on eBay, you'll be surprised at the new, tags included and still on the product deals that you will find. That doesn't necessarily mean that all of the prices will be discounted, but you will find some sellers with pretty big steals.

Luxury Coach Dog Collars

Depending on what you're looking for, you'll find that the price will vary slightly. The Coach brand is going to be somewhat more pricey than your Wal*Mart or Petsmart brand dog collar, but in some cases, the quality may be better, depending on what you normally buy at a pet store or department store.

The Coach dog collars are generally leather. Some have a fabric material design, but have a leather base. The buckle and latch will be nickle in most cases, which is pretty sturdy.

Sizes include XS, Small, Medium, Large, and XL, which will fit most dogs.

Some of the more popular Coach dog collars include the pink leather collars, red, blue, and green leather collars, but the black and brown collars provide a neutral tone.

You'll find the most of the collars come with some kind of charm, typically a basic Coach logo charm, but some the series have a specific charm, such as the pink Bonnie star or a dog bone.

The Coach brand collars are great and have proven to be a grade A choice for a pet accessories. Where some brands focus their quality on their main product, Coach puts all efforts into every product they make, not just their purses and wallets.

Coach Dog Collar Designs

As for the designs, you'll find the Coach brand collars come in a few different designs, which makes it great to pick your favorite design for your favorite pooch(es).

Some find it best when matching the dog's collar with a favorite purse, such as the OP Art design or a basic Signature collection design, whereas others may find it simpler to go with a favorite color.

Some of the more popular designs include:

  • Signature
  • Khaki
  • Tattershell
  • Polka dots
  • Plaid
  • Stripes
  • OP Art design
  • Legacy Stripe
  • Bonnie pink
  • Grommets
  • Studded collars (round studs, pyramid studs, etc)
  • Basic pink, red, blue, green, black and brown leather

No matter what you're looking for, you'll be able to find it in all sizes available. So don't feel like your large dog is going to be left out.

Coach OP Art Dog Collar

The OP Art Coach series is pretty popular with the black and white illusion design. You can go all out and purchase the OP Art jacket, bag, leash, and collar so that your dog fully and 100% matches, or you can just purchase the collar. Whatever you want to do.

These collars are pretty cool because they work with boy and girl dogs, whereas a pink collar just isn't the same on a boy dog.

The OP Art dog collars are made of a nice black leather with nickel plated hardware (IE the buckle and latch).

A coach dog collar huh? If companies make it, stupid people will buy them. No offense to anyone here.....but slap the name "Coach" on a dog turd and people will still shell out $100 just because that turd has a "Coach" emblem. Sad, really that one must brand themselves and jump on the bandwagon. What a waste of time, money and resources.

Ashamed to admit it, but I may get a coach dog collar for my Dachshund just for the double takes we'll get when we walk in our neighborhood.

The Coach outlet stores typically have better prices. I'm still surprised you actually got it for $25 though, that's much lower than regular sale prices at the stores. Most of the Coach stores are ridiculously priced, unless it's an outlet store.

I agree with you there. I can find much better ways to spend $175 than on a designer leash and collar. But some people have the money for it. Not me.

Hah! I love this. I must admit, Coach makes some really tempting accessories for dogs, but I can't imagine paying $175 for a leather collar and leash. I love the pink with the stripe down the center of it though.
