My Golden Retriever has, for the most part, given up her love of digging up plants and grass. But every once in a while she still manages to come back in the house with a plant she has attacked. She knows she isn't supposed to do it and gives us the "sad face" but she still can't help herself.
I'm just wondering if any of you have dogs that do this and what you've done to try and stop them.
I've never had a dog who liked to do this. My dog only eats grass.........no plants or flowers or anything. Not sure how to correct it.
My last dog loved to eat grass and didn't care about anything else. It never bothered her at all. We used to say she was going outside to graze.
