Dog wont put front paw down when he stops, its slightly turned outwards. He still runs and jumps.
Vet found nothing wrong but its getting worse
Check the opinion of a couple of more vets to be on the "safe" side (make sure they take an x-ray). I would like to know what breed is the dog and when exactly is he or she doing this (the lifting of the paw). Is it the same paw all the time ... the circumstances in which this behavior is experienced could be clues to why this is happening though ... does the dog look as if he/she is in pain?
