I was asked for the correct apostrophes in  "Symposium on Sheeps, Goats and other non-Cows...

milks"  I suggested "Symposium on Sheep's, Goats' and other non-Cows' milks". Am I correct?

    I would use sheep's, goat's and cow's milk.

Sorry for the changes, I gave you the wrong answer earlier.

I take it this is a title to the symposium? If you use the plural form, it's "Symposium on Sheep's, Goats', and Other Non-Cows' Milk."

    The final comma is optional.

I'd like to add that the style of capitalization in a title is to capitalize the beginning of all words except little connectors like "and" and "of."

    Thanks for your question!
