Yes you certainly can put a hand trained bird back in with other birds in an aviary.
The only downfall is that the bird may not react to you in the same manner, simply because it will have other birds to connect with and may even find a mate and start breeding with them.
On the other hand if when you go in and feed them, make sure you talk to the bird using its name and he may still eat out of your hand.

how do i catch my bunny when trying to put her in the cage?she just runs away, and im not allowed to keep her out at night. also, the cage is high off the ground so cant just shoo her in.
