What is the government and the organizations involved in animal welfare doing for animal adoption?
There are so many dogs who are languishing in the animal homes without proper food,care and sanitation.Many non governmental organizations claim that they are helping them but i think its only in the papers and except a few no one is taking a positive approach

Should animal welfare, and animal cruelty awareness be taught in all schools?Do you think children should be taught from a young age about the repercussions of animal neglect and abuse? Would this be a good, proactive way in reducing cruelty incidents?
