No, clown fish are saltwater fish and don't have the right physiology for fresh water. Freshwater and saltwater fish have different types of mechanisms and membranes to regulate the amount of water in their bodies, and trying to put them in water that is not suited to their needs will kill them very quickly.
They need saltwater to survive. No chance of them surviving in freshwater.
