my dog is lame and leg swollen. the vet says its a tumor. how long?
the tumor is in his shoulder. he hasn't lost appetite but back end seems weak
If the vet said there is a tumor in the shoulder, for the most part it could have been in the lungs. My advice, go to a vet and get the lungs checked and a second opinion. I have gone to the vet with dogs and even though it was showing in other parts of the body it started in the lungs. Go get another opinion from a vet.
thanks. Vet said it's almost definatley in his lungs. He's not putting any weight on leg and is taking pain relief. He's still eating and is drinking lots more than normal and panting quite a lot. I don't want him to be in pain and don't know how bad it is.
