Being that you posted this question 4 weeks ago, I hope the symptoms have stopped or you've had him checked by a vet. This sounds like there could be something neurological or seizure related going on. Would likely need to have some bloodwork done to determine the cause of those symptoms. Hope everything turned out okay!

I think that I hum as some sort of coping mechanism. I always find myself humming "Don't Worry be Happy" by Bobby Mcferrin or a slower, drawn out version of "Singing in the Rain" by Gene Kelly.
