    Yes. People can be allergic to anything. Some babies are allergic to bottled milk and need goat milk.

    Yes. Ask your pediatrician about it. He/she will be able to make that determination.

    see how your baby acts around him does he (she) have any symptoms that is much like a cold when ever and little while after the cat is around him(her)?

    Cat allergies are very common.  If you have never owned a feline before, you might want to have your baby screened.  However, to my knowledge, there should not be anything unique to a bengal cat (as opposed to other domestic cats) that would give rise to specific allergies.  Good luck- have your pediatrician check out your child.
