How can I get my cats to stop eating my newly sprouted herbs?
Sprinkle chili powder on the dirt around them. It will keep animals away, and also, some insects. It won't hurt the plants, and they won't take on the flavor of the chili powder.
Get rid of the cats. Or, plant a bunch of catnip and they will leave the others alone.
