Tie it with a piece of string or yarn. Fold the pipe cleaners in half and twist the middle in the pipe cleaner. Then wrap around the twist in the valentine's balloon. Trace your kid's hand on pink construction paper. You can cut the tracing hands out. Curl each of the finger to make a flower. Using the palm of the kids handprint, form a cone. Glue the cone together. Time to staple the flower to a pipe cleaner or green straw. Your handprint paper flower is ready.
