What types of links do you mean?
If you have another blog you can link to your hubs. You can also link to it in your email by just printing the URL of the hub.
I answered a similar request not too long ago and made it into a hub:

I had six hubs showing broken links yesterday. I corrected all of them, but two are still showing the broken link icon. And, the edit date hasn't updated. Anyone else seeing this?

I see other hubs with 62 or 68 hub score.. mine is 72 and still, the outgoing links are nofollow. help, please:( I can't use hubpages as a backlink otherwise!
