What could be the reason why my check engine light is still on in my 2003 honda civic hybrid?
i changed the spark plugs and the 3 o2 sensors and replaced gas cap and changed the oil and oil filter...need to pass smog
A car a owned a few years ago had the engine light, and the mechanic did a diagnostic test, he found out it was the oxygen sensor. Once he fixed that, the engine light went off. It could be smog also, it depends. Diagnostic test will let you know exactly what it could be. I'm glad it was the oxygen sensor, because it costs way less than what we thought the problem actually was.
