Largest alternator that fits installed 130 amps lights still dim..what do I do?
its a 98 escort zx2..ive been told to do the big three under the hood but that could possibly make things worse...any suggestions?..capacitiors are not the answer, as I have read up on them and exactly what they do...any suggestions would be appreciated
Change cars. It took me 3 alternators to realize my little blue escort just didn't want to be repaired....
Are you talking about your headlight then try that restore stuff the clear up the plastic (if you have the kind of light like that). Did mine, never realized how clouded up they were until did them, changed the light bulbs inside. then I realized - huh - maybe I'm just getting stinking old and have night blindness. (Crap)

Is it normal for my lights to dim?My lights dim everytime that my neighbor's AC unit turns on, could it be a builder's defect? This does not happen to my other neighbors.
