It's ironic that the car which had production suspended to maintain proper inventory (because folks weren't buying it) is made 2012 car of the year by Europeans where many people can't afford it.
Wasn't the Volt the one that they had recalls on due to inner brake pads not being installed at the factory? Europeans love some odd cars.
