How To Make Money At Home For Free With Niche Keywords

Updated on July 22, 2009

If you want to make money at home for free with niche keywords, you can do so very easily without spending any money. I say that it is very easy, well it is but you have to be motivated to do a lot of work.

The work involved is research and lots of writing. If this comes easy to you, then you will have no problem. If you hate writing, then walk away right now.

The first thing you need to do is to pick a niche. Think about what you would like to right about. If you know a lot about a particular subject or your job is something that people always have questions about, these could be your starter topics.

Now you need to concentrate on the keyword that people will use to find your website. The keyword should be something that is popular enough to get a lot of searches but not so popular that there is too much competition for a new person to website creation to compete with. Get this right and you will soon be making money online.

Look at Google adword to find out how many are estimated to use your chosen keyword. You may even find that there is a better word to use. Try not to get stuck on one idea. Be flexible and adaptable.

One you have decided what your keyword is, look for an affiliate product to promote. Depending on your topic, you can either find an ebook to promote or you could look for a tangible item to advertise. Choose Clickbank.com to find an appropriate ebook or sign up to become an amazon.com affiliate and you can choose to promote a book, clothes, kitchen appliance, well almost anything. It is quite straight forward to get signed up and you should get authorisation very quickly.

Time to start writing your articles. Aim to write at least 4 articles and they should be at least 400 words in length. If you can write more, even better but try to make them longer than 250. Use you keyword in the title and in the body of your article at least twice, at the beginning and at the end.

Sign up to hubpages and publish your first article here. This is a fantastic free site that is easy to use and easy to register with. Google loves hubpages so your page will get approved and appear in the search engines within hours. The site has integrated adsense so you could be earning money within hours if you have an adsense account.

Sign up to info barrel and publish your second article here. This is another free site where you can also earn adsense money. Again, it is very easy to register and once you have submitted your article, it needs to get approved, which is very straightforward, and you will see your article appear quite quickly. Make sure you add a link within the body of the writing back to your hubpage. Use your keyword so that people, who find your info barrel, can visit your hubpage for even more info.

Now that you have these two sites up and running, the next thing you want to do is to get more people to visit so that they can find out about what you are selling and hopefully buy something. A good way of getting more visitors is to publish articles with ezine articles. This is a article directory which is very popular with online marketers and very popular with Google search engines. If you write an article and add a link to your hubpage, this gives it more strength as well as more exposure.

It takes a couple of days to get your articles approved but this is not a worry. Take two of the articles that you have written and add links in the resource box using your keyword.

To spread the word even further, register with more article directories. There are so many to choose from. All you need to do is look at Google to find the most popular one. Register with each and copy and paste your ezine articles to these other directories.

Now you are on your way to making money with niche keywords. The hardest thing is to start but once you do, you should get be able to get into a routine. If you start looking for your next niche keyword, you can just repeat the whole process. If you are able to write even more articles for your topic, you will make more money.

To add more links to your hubpages, you could collect together all your articles from ezine and create a free blogger blog or wordpress website. Leave all the links on the pages and they will all be naturally directed to your hubpage which is currently your money making page.

You will find that it is trial and error. Some keywords are very easy to get traffic for but others can be quite difficult. Keep doing research and learn from other internet marketers to find out how they achieve good results. If you have the time and the inclination, you can definitely make money online for free.

@david-n - thanks for stopping by. The more you write, the easier it gets. I used to struggle to write 250 words but I kept going and have been able to increase the size of my articles.

Just keep going and it should get easier. Good luck.

You make it sound very easy but for me writing articles isn't that easy. I have two hubs now and will try for more.
