Your own Amazon ID you use for another site can it be used and link to hubpages

Updated on November 15, 2012

I really did not wish to begin a hub for this Question but the request came in . Others may choose to comment here on it too.

You should be able to use hubpages to create a hub capsule for Amazon. You will have to paste the ID into hubpages when you are setting up your account.ID

You add it to your affiliate account in the space provided on the "My Affiliate Settings" .when you are setting up for adsense, Konteria, and eBay.

Here is what Amazon has to say

"You may use a single account and Associates ID for multiple Web sites. You can list all of your Web sites in the description field in Your Associates Account Information. If you need separate reporting for each site, please visit "Your Account" and click on "Manage your Tracking ID" link to request unique tracking IDs for each site"

I notice that the ID seem not to work if the site is not added.

Below are some links from fellow hubbers that will prove very helpful

Hey Juliet, you mean to say that everytime I use the Amazon ID on a new site, I must add it to my account there in Amazon? O no, I have not done that for Hubpages yet. Thanks I will take action immidiately.

And yes I found a spelling mistake in the Hub above. You have written "bubpages", it should be "hubpages" I guess.

    working
