Can I place my own banner from my affiliate website on my hub page? If yes, how do I do that ?
You can insert images and links in your hub simply enough. The only trouble is that your hub may be flagged as overly promotional. As long as the hub has plenty of original content, though, it should be fine.
No, you cannot add banners at all. Like danmayerisgood says, you can insert links...but a limit of two in each hub and not linking to the same links in every hub you write.
