Many of my coworkers stated that they dread the ideal of mandatory overtime, other said they hate the fact that theyneed to get up so early to get to work and not having time with their families what ever your reason feel free to post a comment.
Getting a large project right before the holidays or a vacation, and then having to do all of the set-up and pass it off to someone else, knowing that my name is still attached to it. I always worry myself to death about it the whole time I'm gone.
