They are required by law to give you a copy of your W2 by 1-31-10 it is very likely that you will not see it before then.
You will have to wait until Wal-Mart issues your W-2 before filing. You can file without a W-2 after February 15th (if employer refuses to issue the W-2) using the last paystub. You must file form 4852 if a W-2 is missing.
