employee resigns , but 12month continues to harrass,slander x-boss getting her fired what can I do?
This employee continued to spread rumors, lies, and calling the boss over 24 months with restricted numbers, keeps saying lies such asEmbezzlement, saying i am gay, having other employees say I slept with them, calling me bipolar, crazy, unprofessional, but using others to get the bad word out. Very hard to prove. But everyone knows the underlying person, but affraid to say anything due to what will happen to them.I do not know what your religious beliefs are but listening to false accusations without reacting is the best policy. A lot of times, I believe these negative energy outbursts come from our past Karma or wrong doings. Reacting and counterplanning is unnecessary waste of energy. Nature is the best healer.
