What is your opinion of Google Adwords?

Do you think they are catering to the corporations and have forgotten about the smaller companies? Just take a look at the cost of pay-per-click and you'll see exactly what I mean.

The cost of PPC largely depends on the page quality. Keyword density, layout, index age and crawler-friendliness all play a role in it, just like with organic google search.

I think Google wants money from all businesses large and small.  By geotargeting and connecting your adwords to your Google Local account, so customers know that you are a local business, you might have more success than your large conglomerate counter parts.

Actually Adwords may be on its way out. Well, that may be not so accurate but people know that the paid ads are going to try to sell you something. But they also know that the good ads are going to take them to exactly what they are looking for.

I use them and I have never lost any money. But I also ease into any keywords like I am wading into a cold stream on a hot summer day.

Use with care and caution and you should be able to make some money with paid ads.

Google adwords is for everyone, but, it depends on the market you're in.  For instance, if you are trying to target the insurance market, you are going to get hit with high ppc costs, so ppc isn't always beneficial.

That being said, ppc can help someone that has just started a website to get to the first page within about 30 minutes, but that would never be possible with SEO

As Sterling said, may people are starting to click on organic results, rather than the ppc ads, BUT, and that's a big BUT!... there are THOUSANDS of new users on the internet daily, so there's a HUGE market out there.

A Google AdWords is a nice tool. If you want to make advertisement of your site rather than SEO then, it is best way to use Google AdWord campaign which is provided by following website

I honestly believe it's a great advertising channel especially because it allows small companies to compete against bigger ones thanks to the quality score. For more information you may check out: http://penpro007.hubpages.com/hub/what- … lity-score
