Here is what I think:
1. First page is not scannable, e.g. Hard to read
2. No value statements e.g. What are the most important things you’ve done in your career?
3. No big numbers, recruiters love big numbers
4. You’ve used a standard word template which looks like a well, a standard word template.....
5. It looks bad because you’ve used all black and white haven’t used dot points and used a difficult to read font.
