    Anyone ever had a kiosk in  a mall? Was it expensive? What were your steps to open it up?

    I am thinking about doing it but not sure what I am getting into

    You will do well with products that are priced reasonable in your market. This can be a profitable venture if you are willing to devote the time and patience required to make it work.

    One of the first things you may want to do is meet with the mall manager. Some mall have stipulations and restrictions on certain products or services a new business may have to offer.

    I am assuming you have your business credentials in order because you will probably be ask to provide them. 

    Study your sales and inventory for the most and least profitable items, and make the necessary adjustments.

    Above all else provide excellent customer service, and listen to their input. If samples are available give them away, and always show them your appreciation.
