don't you need an approved kitchen to sell food?
It depends on your jurisdiction. I know in Alberta, Canada, you have to have a whole separate kitchen if you are going to make food to sell, except if you are selling it at flea markets. Other jurisdictions are different, though. You should talk to your local food inspector, or check online for regulations.
In America you do. You have to be inspected by the health department and have a health certificate too, plus a business license.
yes you have to have a health certificate before you can make food to sell.
If you are selling to a big company they will come and check out your premises to see that it complies with health restrictions. Starting small is the best way to go.
