    Is now a good time to go back to school for an MBA?

    I've heard both arguments that we should go back to school to be more competitive or that we should keep the job we have to avoid more debt. What's your opinion?

    You can't teach an old dog new tricks......but your a human so go and make the best of it! ;-)

    I think education is always a good thing at any age.  I was fortunate enough to have a father that really encouraged it.  I say you are never too old to learn, and with the economy being as bad as it is for job opportunities, why not fill in a gap with continuing education, or MBA.  Especially for people that are out of work, education gives a great explanation for gaps in employment.  If you are fortunate enough to be employed, why not prepare for that raise or next step in the corporate ladder.
