Will I be eligible for Earned Income Credit in 2011 if I was on unemployment for 9 months of 2010.
you may be eligible if you did have some "earned income" I went to the IRS website (http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/ … 08,00.html) and they of course mention that unemployment does not qualify for EIC but they did not say how much earned income you have to have. hope that helps.
