    Does aiming for the perfectionism hurts someone in career?

    Does aiming for the perfectionism hurts someone in career? Do we have to perfectionist or just contented to be what we are? Which one is more professional approach?

    Yes, fundamentally it does,
    This do to the fact clearly out of selfish purpose to get ahead;
    Just content to be who you are'
    People see through fakeness ! In time your goose will get cooked if you don't deal with this particular issue.

    Everyone is different. If you are a perfectionist in your field of work, you should be proud of who you are. Some jobs need to be more lenient but the professional approach is to keep doing your job the way you are suppose to. Basically, depending on the job-- being a perfectionist might be the answer.
