    Social networking are the sites through which we interact and share with the people on different interests. Like Twitter, facebook, hubpages

    Social bookmarking can be define as bookmark the sites in our profile like we do in Mozilla and different browsers. And share our bookmarks sites of our interest with are friends who join us. Sites are like Digg, stumble upon.

    Social network is just that. A network of people to chat with friends, etc and is Facebook, Twitter, etc.

    Social bookmarking is where you bookmark a website and everyone else sees that you bookmark it. Delicious is the big site in this category.

    The difference is mainly the between the interaction source they provide, social networking web site provide better interaction tools like chatting and sharing photos and videos. Bookmarking sites are used by business oriented people which tends to be share a commercial information which can not be ententaing always.

    A lots of difference man...Facebook and google plus are social networking site where you meet your friends...and stay in touch with them...this is called social networking..

    Where as sites like digg de li cious where you put your bookmarks for future use...are called social bookmarking sites..!!
