Using eBay as suggested, or Half.com which is a sister company of eBay. It's easy and free to list items.

Check out oDesk.com too, you can do freelance work at your own pace.

Article writing is definitely an awesome line of online work, though I don't know if it could be considered "part time" work for a majority of writers. It takes years to develop the skills to only write part time and earn good income.

Though you can use sites like Elance and Odesk to get freelance work in writing and many other areas of expertise.

It all depends on your skills. I would disagree with BizGenGirl that it takes years to get into writing, though it certainly does take a really work-minded approach, which seems to be what's lacking in most people trying to get into freelancing. After you've found what you want to do and that you're good at (or interested enough to get good), you can choose how much time you invest. Exactly HOW to assess your useful skills is a whole other subject, but browsing freelance marketplaces can start to give you an idea of what's out there. I've linked one of my hubs, though I'm afraid that it may not be extremely specific to your question, but I'd gladly answer some more detailed questions there.

Article writing is a mental job!  It's what I do full time but I'm not sure if you could call it part time.  I started off that way and now seem to be working 16 hour days, pretty much 7 days a week.  It is a fantastic job though and I really wouldn't ever want to stop doing it!  It's also not as easy as it sounds - it takes a lot of hard work, dedication, reliability and a high level of English.

At first I thought that writing an article could be the best way to earn money. Though it is, sometimes it could be so hard especially when you've have lost an idea on what to write. However, I do also part time job. Doing online tasks, an clicking some offers.

Well, i cannot give you the link here (hubpage doesnt allowed it) but you can PM me for the link. If you are only interested.
