How to get people submitting articles in my article site?
I want to host an article site. But how to make a successful campaign for that? I do not have enough money for that. At the same time, I want people to submit articles at my site. How to achieve this? Is there any scope of informing people about my site without spending? Looking for some advice or suggestions.
