What do you think should be done to improve the job market?

It seems to get harder and harder to find a good job that will satisfy you and pay well. And with troops being pulled out of 'hot spots' and services being reduced, it seems that we will have more trained individuals than jobs in an already struggling market.

Until we get the Socialist out of office we will continue to lose jobs.  That is number one to getting the job market back.

We need to give companies incentives to keep their jobs in the United States by lowering taxes and cutting all strict micro-managing regulations if any exist that are costing companies money but are not that important in the big picture.

We need to fine companies very heavy for hiring any illegal regardless what race they are or what country they came from.  If they do not have proof of citizenship or a green card, they should be shipped back to their native country.  It is up to companies to monitor this and stop hiring them.

By getting rid of the 14 plus million illegals, our unemployment rate will drop to 3% at the top level.

Cut the fat cats out of management tiers that are unnecessary and hire more productive workers--those that make or sell products. Seek out new markets, such as foreign markets, and finally improve public education quality and lower post-secondary  tuition rates so that more people will have the basic skills they need to work effectively here at home rather than abroad.
