I was my understanding if we published on our hubpages, or work is copy righted.
I have someone that took my poetry and put them in pics on their site, so in the complaint I made how do I prove it is mine, to get it off his page!

What that means is that person is violating your copyrights. And since here at HubPages the authors retain all rights to their work, it means that it's up to you to learn what to do and to defend your own work.
